We spotted again supernova SN 2024iss in PGC 1846725, finding its brightness still on the rise.

The image above comes from the average of five, 120-second exposures, unfiltered and unguided, remotely taken with the C14+Paramount ME+ST8-XME robotic unit available as part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility in Manciano, Italy.
We estimated SN 2024iss as bright as mag. 12.6 (unfiltered, R-mags for the reference stars from the Gaia DR2 star catalogue), so this is the brightest value we recorded since its explosion. It is a type II supernova, found early in its explosion.
We will track this transient as long as possible.
