Comet C/2025 K1 ATLAS: the broken comet – online observation (25 Nov. 2025).

Comet C/2025 K1 ATLAS experienced a dramatic fragmentation event, becoming one of the most interesting objects of its kind seen in recent years. The Virtual Telescope Project, which provided an excellent coverage of the event, will show this comet and its broken nucleus live, online.

The Virtual Telescope Project will show the amazing comet C/2025 K1 ATLAS live, while it will be at its minimum distance from the Earth. We will spy together its broken nucleus and unveil its fragments in real time.
