The Planewave 17 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope is now ready to restart its normal, full operations. Its CCD camera was sent to the factory in the US and it is now back and installed again at the primary focus of our most important telescope.

Now, we are just waiting the first clear nights to complete the setup of the instrument. We do expect to have the robotic system available for the users after Oct. 15, as originally planned.

Be ready to the explore those mysterious starry depths with the Virtual Telescope!
