Partial Lunar Eclipse – 25 April 2013: maximum
The Virtual Telescope Project succeeded showing the 25 Apr. lunar eclipse live, online. Clouds wanted to cover the show, but we did not close the session and were rewarded! We captured several nice images, including the maximum of the eclipse above. Thousands and thousands of people, from all around the world, joined our live coverage, from 19:30 UT to about 20:30 UT. Luckyly, the clouds moved away around the time of maximum eclipse.
