The 2022 Strawberry Supermoon – online observation – 14 June 2022
Next 14 June 2022, we will have the Strawberry full Moon, also the 2nd Supermoon of the year. Of course, the Virtual Telescope will share it live, while it will rise above the glorious beauty of Rome.
We love the full Moon. We never miss its show while it rises or sets, surrounded by unique colours. When it is closer than usual to the Earth (something described by the very popular term “Supermoon”), it is even more fascinating. And what if you admire all this from Rome, while our satellite climbs the heaven above the legendary skyline of Rome?
The Virtual Telescope Project will bring to you the show of the Supermoon rising through the monuments of the Eternal City.
You can join this exciting, unforgettable experience from the comfort of your home. It is easy, its is free.
The online, free session is scheduled for 14 June, starting at 20:45 UT.
