After posting the original version, the March 2014 full Moon was carefully stretched to extract any subtle contrast and delicate pattern on the surface of our beautiful satellite.

Images collected with the PlaneWave 17″ robotic unit, using a Si II filter to reduce the luminosity of the subject.
